Our experienced engineers will help you roll out your new phone system to your staff. We offer full training on all aspects of your new system at point of installation. The training will be tailored to your specific needs and system, only explaining the features that you want to use.
If you do experience an issue with one of our systems we have 24/7 support, the office will always be available to manage your issues and see a resolution. We know how infuriating it can be being on hold for hours only to be told they will send out an engineer. We have English speaking account managers who are always contactable within office hours, if your issue is stopping you from making or receiving calls we will aim to get an engineer with you within the same day. Quite often any small issues can be solved from the office, we will simply log into your system and manage it from our end.
